Easy to Use: Cut, Insert, Seal

Creating a custom poly bag from this layflat tubing is straightforward. Unroll the tubing and cut it to the required length, slide your item into the tube, then seal one end using a heat sealer, or close with tape, staples or cable ties. It’s also ideal for long or cylindrical items such as posters and blinds, providing a clean, protective covering without needing a pre-made bag size. If you’re sealing by hand rather than with a heat sealer, our 48mm packaging tape is a quick, reliable closure option.

Measuring and Ordering

The width of layflat tubing is measured when the tube is laid flat. To calculate the diameter of the tube: (Width × 2) ÷ 3.142 = Diameter. For orders of 10 or more rolls, please allow 5 working days for delivery, and note that all sizes are subject to a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 10%.
