Hand pallet wrap also known as stretch wrap, stretch film, or pallet wrapping film is a strong, flexible plastic film that secures and protects palletised loads through elastic recovery, clinging tightly to itself without the need for heat or adhesives. Our cast stretch film offers high clarity and strong tensile strength, making it well suited to warehouse and logistics operations where barcode and label visibility matters. Once applied, the film maintains tension around the load, guarding against dust, dirt, and movement during storage and transit. Compatible with standard hand-held pallet wrap dispensers, all rolls feature 38mm or 50mm cores, with core weights of 190g for 400mm rolls and 300g for 500mm rolls.

Our flush core stretch wrap is designed for use with a hand-held dispenser, available in medium duty (17 micron), heavy duty (20 micron), and extra heavy duty (30 micron) to suit loads from standard pallets through to sharp-edged or rough industrial loads. Our extended core stretch wrap has a 65mm core extension on each end that acts as a built-in handle, allowing quick, efficient freehand wrapping without a dispenser ideal for operations where speed and flexibility matter.
