Available Grades

Medium Duty – 250 Gauge / 62.5 Micron
Perfect for general packaging applications in warehouses and packing stations. This medium-duty layflat tubing is ideal for lightweight items such as clothing, linens, posters, and stationery. Simply cut to length, seal one end, and your custom poly bag is ready to use.

Heavy Duty – 500 Gauge / 125 Micron
Designed for greater puncture resistance, this heavy-duty tubing is commonly used for carpets, rugs, and heavier products. It’s ideal for creating custom-sized bags that protect awkward or bulky items from dirt and moisture.

Measuring Layflat Tubing

Please note: The width of layflat tubing is measured when the tube is laid flat.
To calculate the diameter of the tube:
(Width × 2) ÷ 3.142 = Diameter

How to Create Custom Polythene Bags

1. Cut to size: Unroll the tubing and cut to the required length.
   
2. Insert your item: Slide the product into the tubing.
   
3. Seal or close: Seal one or both ends using a heat sealer, or close with tape, staples, or cable ties.
