Shipping Policy

Cloud Packaging dispatches orders promptly and efficiently in accordance with the guidelines below.

Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this cutoff time will be dispatched within 24 hours on the next working day. All deliveries are fulfilled using either tracked courier services or Royal Mail, depending on the size and destination of the order.

Please note that all items are dispatched only after payment has been successfully cleared.

Combined Postage

We offer combined postage and packaging (P&P) for multiple items with a total weight of up to 30kg. If you wish to combine shipping for multiple purchases, please submit a P&P Combine Request prior to dispatch.

Standard P&P rates apply to UK mainland addresses only. For delivery to international locations or non-mainland and excluded UK postcodes, including but not limited to:
