Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive damaged or defective products, contact Customer Services immediately at info@cloudpackaging.co.uk or 07540 956372.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or bespoke items

• Branded media or special products

• Please check specifications carefully before purchasing

Standard No-Fault Returns

• Must be returned within 14 working days from delivery

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Returns are at the customer’s cost and responsibility until received at our warehouse

• Complete the online returns form and attach it clearly to the outside of the package

• Goods must be returned in full pack quantities; partial packs are not refunded

• Delivery charges are non-refundable

• Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receipt
